UBM Canon Announces Details of 12th Annual MEDTEC Ireland Conference

UBM Canon, a division of UBM Plc, has announced the programme details for the annual 'MEDTEC Ireland Conference' taking place alongside the MEDTEC Ireland Exhibition on 10-11 October 2012 at Radisson Blu Hotel in Galway, Ireland. The conference is the 12th annual event and will focus on regulation, policy and best practice in the medical devices industry in Ireland.
Expert industry speakers have been confirmed and the two-day programme includes an agenda full of interactive presentations, discussions and debate with keynote addresses focusing on the Irish medical devices industry - excellence in research & research operationalisation presented by Barry Heavey, Head of R&D Policy, Science and Technology Adviser, IDA Ireland and The rise of the medical devices sector in Ireland presented by Dr. James Cunningham, Director, Institute for Business, Social Sciences and Public Policy (formerly Centre for Innovation and Structural Change) National University of Ireland Galway.
