Reporting to President and CEO David Cathcart, Knight leads the company's global operations, overseeing the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division, as well as leading operational teams for the company's mid-office product, CORREX®, and data intelligence product, TRAVELTRAX®.
Knight joined TRX in February 2002 as Director of Technology in Europe and has held roles as Vice President, European Business Operations and Vice President, Europe & Global BPO.
Before joining TRX, he held the position of Director of Product Marketing and Development EMEA at Galileo International. He began his career at Galileo UK (then Travicom) in 1982 and held progressive technical and management positions with responsibility for all aspects of customer and technical operations.
