(www.trx.com), a global leader in travel data and technology, today announced a new automated pre-trip email notification feature for its data intelligence solution, TRAVELTRAX, that consolidates multiple employee pre-trip travel details into one summarized HTML email report.

Instead of receiving multiple itineraries every day, managers can quickly and easily review a daily, weekly or monthly summarized snapshot of all their employees' travel plans – all populated from pre-trip data. Executives have greater visibility into their travelers' trip plans before they take place, allowing for necessary changes and preventing unnecessary costs.

The report can be customized to meet a company's design, policy information and distribution needs, and can be configured against a company's corporate hierarchy. Executives can receive roll up email reports if they manage more than one department, or choose to receive information only on their direct reports. The level of detail displayed can be tailored, but typically includes:

• Employee/traveler name
• Flight, hotel and car itinerary details
• Reason for travel
• Employee manager
• Itinerary price
