BEIJING, Oct. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- After 5 years of negotiation regarding U. S. - led Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), 12 negotiating nations reached a basic agreement in the ministerial meeting held in Atlanta, Georgia, USA in the local time on October 5. The news caused uproar in the media of the world, and some lamented China will be isolated and marginalized in the future. However, the opposite view was also released, President of LWW Lingding Group Mr. Li Zice stated his position in an interview with the media after delivering a speech in United Nations: TPP is wrong from the beginning!

TPP is a tool for the exclusive United States to achieve their geopolitical interests?

5 years ago, the United States decided to transform the TPP for its own use and turned to rely on the exclusive free trade area (FTA) from mainly depending on WTO to promote the global open in the past, implementing standards, systems and specifications and governance of United States in the global scope in order to reshaping the U. S. - led global trading system.

The purpose of the United States to push and lead TPP is to reshape the world trade territory by a set of new standards and rules aimed to prevent China as the representative of emerging countries to erode its global governance, and ultimately to ensure the hegemony of the United States based on the strong economic foundation is not subverted. But is it really good for the United States? We need to be calm and hear different voices.

TPP may have some impact on the China emerging economies, but it's not a "meat cleaver".

Every coin has two sides. As for TPP, we need to see the negative side against China, which should not be excessively magnified. "You are a part of me, and I am part of you," it is the inevitable result and choice of globalization. After the implementation of the TPP, the trade between Member States will reduce dependence on China, while China can not be replaced completely for its huge market, prospect of high-speed development, industry structure and unprecedented technology level. Who will change China manufacture of Apple? Microsoft and Boeing will give up the Chinese market?

At present, TPP has no effect on China in the short term since it needs time for approval of the 12 member state; in the medium term, TPP will impact China's trade and economy to some extent, but it is not a "meat cleaver"; in the long term, China has enough capacity to break through the containment of TPP, for example, strengthen neighboring and bilateral trade relations, accelerate free trade agreement signing with TPP members and potential member states, which are beneficial temptations many countries can not refuse.

We need to seize the historical opportunity to realize the real development and win-win of the world

As a representative of Chinese entrepreneurs, Mr. Li Zice, president of LWW Lingding group, clearly explained the view in a speech entitled "What kind of world do we want" delivered in the United Nations: walking into the era of global development and win-win situation, we need to seize the historical opportunity. He said:

Grasp the broad market opportunity of advanced technology of Europe and America in China and other developing countries. Solving the economic difficulty faced by Europe and America only by financial strategies is kind of quenching a thirst with poison, which is the worst strategy! Finance needs to serve real economy, and the destined choice is to make the enterprises "vacating cage to change bird" or "Phoenix Nirvana" ( Industrial upgrading or elimination of outdated capacity and layout of emerging industries) by the resource reconfiguration with the guidance of global high-tech. Europe and America should cooperate with developing countries and regions such as China and Africa in high-tech as early as possible in order to revive in the development of global resource redistribution. It has nothing to do with the system, but scientific rule. Otherwise the ending will be exclusive: to postpone the recovery of global economy, resulting in a larger financial crisis.

Furthermore, "One Belt And One Road" raised by China is conducive to the development of the global economy. Technology is changing the original pattern including the rules, we need to attach a great importance to Internet and Internet of Things to propel cross-border trade borderless docking, to form a new type of international trade relationship and to drive the development of related industries such as cross-border e-commerce and modern logistics. This is the product of technology development, a typical model of reshaping value system and creating new economy.

In a word, the union of global trade rules and free trade zones is inevitable, any country of any enterprise can not make it by themselves, and it is an irresistible trend of combination of technology, talents, fund, and resource! TPP is progressive as a rule, but not scientific if it is used to draw a circle, thus the closed regional agreement TPP is wrong from the beginning. And in view of this concept, LWW raised FCF model based on individual customization technology, factory resource integration, and Industrial 4.0 application in the world for the first time, and invested global customization cross-border e-commerce platform www.ftoc.com, which is known as a giant platform with the features of Internet of Things.

While the borderless feature of Internet will assist worldwide purchase, worldwide sales and worldwide customization in the world, and beat any closed or regional thoughts. This change will benefit people all over the world. A big country needs a big pattern!
