thinkproject Enters Enterprise Asset Management Market With Acquisition of RAMM Software

MUNICH and AUCKLAND, New Zealand, April 28, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- thinkproject, Europe's leading construction and engineering SaaS provider, has acquired 100% of RAMM Software. An established SaaS player in the ANZ market for asset management and operations, the acquisition of RAMM will allow thinkproject to better serve infrastructure clients and expand the provision of the group's portfolio of solutions into the APAC region.

Founded in 1991 and based in Auckland, New Zealand with an additional office in Sydney, Australia, RAMM Software is the leader in asset, work, and field management cloud software to local governments, national authorities, consultants, and contractors throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. RAMM's open and flexible architecture allows the expansion from the road maintenance and operations industries into other asset types in the near future.
