The Request to Amend the Terms and Conditions of the 2016 Senior Notes has Been Approved
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Dec 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --
On 18 November 2016 Com Hem Holding AB (publ) announced that its subsidiary NorCell Sweden Holding 3 AB (publ) (the "Issuer") had initiated a written procedure under its SEK 1,750 million senior unsecured notes due 2021 (ISIN: SE0007730353) ("2016 Senior Notes") in order to amend the terms and conditions of the 2016 Senior Notes.
The written procedure was closed on 12 December 2016. A sufficient majority of noteholders approved the request by the Issuer and the amended terms and conditions (as attached to the notice of written procedure) will become effective immediately. The amended terms and conditions of the 2016 Senior Notes will be published on the Issuer's website (www.comhemgroup.com).
