In this capacity, Joy is responsible for managing relationships with acquirers and key strategic partners globally.

Joy has more than 23 years of experience in both security and compliance in hospitality, financial services and telecommunications. This includes oversight and implementation of the Payment Card Industry Standard, ISO 27001 certification and security, compliance and governance of companies in the United States, European Union, India and South America.
