AMSTERDAM, May 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SuccessFactors, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFSF), the global leader in business execution software, today announced details of its upcoming annual European customer event, SuccessConnect Europe 2011, which also celebrates the company's 10 year anniversary of customer and company success. SuccessConnect 2011's theme is "Driving Real Change" to showcase how HR and executives can drive strategic impact for their companies with SuccessFactors' Business Execution (BizX) Software Suite. This year's European event takes place from 19-20 May 2011 at the Hilton Hotel, Amsterdam.
The conference will feature keynote addresses from Luz Helena Rojas, HR Strategy and Employer Brand Director, Societe Generale, Didier Di Marco, Group HR-IS Director, Societe Generale, Professor Gareth Jones, Fellow of the Centre for Management Development at London Business School, Visiting Professor at INSEAD and IE Business School, Vinzenz Kremer, Executive Partner, Accenture Human Capital Management Solutions, as well as peer level customer presentations from a selection of cross sector leading European companies.
SuccessFactors founder and CEO Lars Daalgard will open the event with a keynote address on the Transformation Imperative in Europe, with additional insights and presentations by Peter Prestele, Vice President European Operations for SuccessFactors, and SuccessFactors' CIO Tom Fisher. This year's event will also feature Business Execution Master Classes, designed to deliver delegates with the latest in-depth business and product knowledge on a selection of solution areas across the SuccessFactors Business Execution Suite.
"Our annual European customer event enables us to celebrate the success of our customers, share the innovations we've added to our BizX Software Suite recently and our future vision," said Darryl Dickens, Chief Marketing Officer at SuccessFactors. "Europe is a key growth market for us - we expect to generate up to half of our sales from Europe over the next decade. That's why we're excited to showcase our European customer success, and help our customers to continue to make real, transformative changes in business execution. 2011 also marks our tenth anniversary and is an important milestone in our ongoing growth and in the ongoing success of our customers worldwide."
Attendees will also have the chance to meet with SuccessFactors' executives and network with other attendees and benefit from customers and partners sharing real-life scenarios-implementation obstacles, roll-out processes and results-within a specific solution area, as well as the opportunity to speak with product experts and peers to discover best practices and ideas. Additionally, the event will include the announcements of this year's SuccessAward winners -- an annual program designed to recognise the best of the best in reaping demonstrated value from SuccessFactors implementations.
SuccessConnect is supported by three levels of sponsors. The Global Platinum sponsor is Accenture GmbH; Gold sponsors are Edvantage Group, McKinney Rogers and Ping Identity; and Silver sponsors are ARAGO Consulting, Crown Computing Limited, and Thomas International Ltd.
