The new GSLED is an industrial, water-tight (IP66/67), hazardous location (Class I Division II) and general location linear light with sections ranging from one to four feet. The GSLED can be effortlessly installed in any environment where a low profile fixture with a direct beam profile is required including control cabinets, operator cabins, task lighting, military transport vehicles, industrial photonics, and machine vision applications. Attributes of the rugged design can also benefit the outdoor architectural market in wet locations or harsh environments. The GSLED also has color changing (RGB) options which are ideal for wall washing applications.

The GSLEDIP66 utilizes switchless drive technology, which minimizes conducted and radiated emissions making the product ideal for sensitive scientific and instrumentation applications. A pressure vent on the fixture allows for rapid changes in environmental conditions and protects against condensation (a common hazard for outdoor and wet location lighting). Rugged rotational brackets allow for precise aiming while the locking mechanism maintains directional aiming, even in high vibration environments. Operating on 12 or 24Volts DC, the GSLEDIP66 continues the product family's commitment to compatibility with solar, industrial and instrumentation applications.
