Sterlite Grid Successfully Type Tests Towers for 765 kV Double and Single Circuit Transmission Line Projects

Tower Designs Indigenously Developed by Sterlite Grid

Sterlite Grid Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sterlite Technologies Limited (STL), today announced that it has successfully completed full-scale type testing for its 765 kV double circuit Dharamjaygarh-Jabalpur transmission line (JTCL) project for all the four types of towers.

Sterlite Grid had earlier completed tower testing for its 765 kV single circuit towers for it Bhopal Dhule (BDTCL) Project. All tested tower designs have been indigenously developed by Sterlite Grid which holds copyrights for the said designs.
