Stack Overflow Announces Adrianna Burrows as Chief Marketing Officer
Industry Marketing and Communications Veteran to Help Stack Overflow Evangelize Growing Offerings for Developers and Businesses
NEW YORK, May 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Stack Overflow, the world's largest online community for programmers to learn, share their knowledge and advance their careers, today announced the hiring of Adrianna Burrows as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The hiring represents Stack Overflow's continued commitment to empowering developers and those that want to make developers great.

As CMO, Burrows will be responsible for all global corporate marketing functions including branding, communications, digital marketing and demand generation. As part of her leadership, the recent launch of Windows 10 saw a record number of downloads.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Burrows spent thirteen years with WE Communications / Waggener Edstrom as an executive in multiple worldwide office locations, supporting clients ranging from startups and AMD, to Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows.
