Research from ComBlu indicates a rising trend in which multiple online activities roll into a single experience, such as commenting and making purchases via Facebook. By the close of 2011, 41 per cent of brands reviewed offered the strategy, compared with 33 per cent in 2010. Information was taken from 92 companies and 251 online communities.
