SmartFocus, creator of the groundbreaking Message Cloud marketing solution, will attend the NRF Retail's Big Show for the first time this month. At the event, SmartFocus will be helping marketers from the world's biggest retail brands take their customer communications to the next level with real-time personalisation.
In a first for the Big Show, SmartFocus will be partnering with Displaydata to showcase how proximity and personalisation work together, replicating a retail environment on the EXPO floor. SmartFocus stand attendees will receive sommelier-level wine recommendations directly to their smartphones, reflecting their personal preferences. These in-app wine recommendations include added information including price, tasting notes and matched foods, and attendees will be able to 'favourite' wines. Displays on the booth will show the live wine demo data being captured at the show.
The Big Show also sees Jess Stephens, CMO of SmartFocus, revealing how real-time marketing can influence the customer purchase in her session on Sunday, January 17th at 2:00pm, in the BIG !DEAS theatre. In her talk, entitled 'Real-time Matters! Using Data to Power Real-time Marketing Moments', Stephens will discuss the importance of real-time interactions triggered by customer behaviour, not by a marketer's best guess.
