Sixt Rent a Car chose the Finnish cloud service provider Nordic TeleCom to enhance its customer service in Finland
With Nordic TeleCom's cloud based communication service Sixt now gets comprehensive and real-time reports and statistics of all the call traffic. The new service also enables the monitoring of all the overflowing traffic and missed calls. If a call can't be answered within a reasonable time during the rush hour, the customer gets a voice message telling that the call has been registered and someone from the customer service will call back in less than 20 minutes.
