Based in New York City, Mr. Molloy will be responsible for further developing our suite of solutions to address the evolving needs of the industry, while expanding the effective reach of Situs RERC, and will report to Ken Riggs, Situs RERC's President.

Mr. Molloy joins Situs from Deutsche Bank where he has spent the past 10 years as Global Head of Real Estate Valuation, directing a team of real property valuation professionals in New York, London, Frankfurt, Mumbai, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Prior to that, Jamie spent five years as International Head of Real Estate Valuation overseeing all non-US valuation activities and offices. Mr. Molloy's team practiced in over 30 countries and developed market-specific valuation due diligence platforms in Germany, Italy, Spain, Japan, Korea and Taiwan. The group supported Deutsche Bank's top-tier CMBS large loan and conduit origination platforms, the special situations group, covered bond origination, multiple warehouse lending groups, LIHTC and tax-advantaged origination platforms, real estate investment banking, structured finance and asset wealth management.
Mr. Molloy is a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), a Fellow with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), a New York State Licensed and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and member of the Risk Management Association. Mr. Molloy is on the board of the New York Metropolitan Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and has presented at multiple industry conferences and corporate functions.
