Showroomprivé was awarded the EnterNext prize for the best Initial Public Offering of the year 2015, following its successful admission on the regulated market of Euronext Paris on October 30th.
The prize was awarded to Showroomprivé's co-CEOs Thierry Petit and David Dayan by Philippe Kubisa, Partner at PWC during Euronext Paris' Annual Stock Market Conference (Conférence annuelle du marché boursier) on January 19th, 2016.
The panel, which was composed of six independent experts, recognized Showroomprivé's IPO on October 30th as the best of the year in 2015.
With a listing price of 19.50 euros per share, Showroomprivé raised 256 million euros, and the company's market capitalization on the listing day reached 660 million euros.
Alongside the company's initial public offering on Euronext, Showroomprivé launched an employee offering, as well as a free shares program which involved over 75% of the group's staff on permanent contracts.
The offering's main objective was to enable Showroomprivé to accelerate the deployment of its four strategic priorities: driving member engagement and loyalty, acquiring new members, reinforcing relationships with its brand partners, and developing its international platform.
