Sedgwick announces intent to acquire VeriClaim

- Transaction includes all T&H Global subsidiaries

MEMPHIS, Tennessee, Sept. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. (Sedgwick), announced today that they have signed an agreement to acquire T&H Global Holdings, LLC and its subsidiaries (T&H).

T&H subsidiaries VeriClaim, Inc., VRS VeriClaim U.K. Ltd, Unified Investigations & Sciences, Inc., Cramer, Johnson, Wiggins & Associates, Inc., (CJW) and Ellis May provide specialized claims services including property loss adjusting, field investigation, third-party claims management and fire and forensics investigation services that notably complement Sedgwick's existing capabilities. In addition to T&H's geographical presence in all 50 U.S. states and the U.K., this acquisition includes membership in the global vrs Adjusters' organization that provides services in nearly 150 countries and territories on six continents.
