SANY partners with AL MAYSAN in Qatar to build stadium for 2022 World Cup
DOHA, Qatar, March 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- On Feb. 24, 2017, SANY shipped its 30th 66 meter concrete pump unit to Qatar's Hamad Port from Hunan province in China. SANY has created a deep and impressive impression in the Qatar market by exporting 14 placing booms, 17 trailer pumps, 2 batching plants and 23 truck mixers along with the 30th concrete pump unit.
The machine was purchased by AL MAYSAN, a subsidiary company of Jaidah Group, and the primary dealer of SANY in Qatar. These concrete machines from SANY have been actively engaged and deployed in constructing Qatari Stadium for the 2022 World Cup along with its supporting facilities such as Doha metro project. The machine is especially designed and manufactured for the Middle East region to cater to its hot and dry environment. After its completion, the stadium will not only serve as a sports venue during the tournament, but will also be used as a sports hub for local recreation after the World Cup.
The market share of SANY concrete machines in Qatar has witnessed a gradual increase, punctuated by last year's growth of 38% which is due to the lower lead time of SANY products, high quality parts, round-the-clock service and an elite maintenance team.
