Sage Pay, Europe's most recommended payment processor, has today announced a collaboration with Enbu Consulting, a Sage Pay Business Partner, to launch a new offering that combines Sage Pay's secure card payment solution with Sage's CRM software.
The Sage Pay for CRM offering will mean businesses can collect payments securely from directly within their customer relationship management (CRM) systems, providing them with a single view of their customer interactions.
The solution has been specifically designed for organisations with numerous call centres, such as charities and those in the public sector, to collect payments. The integration means that details about the method by which a customer has paid - whether over the phone or via a secure web portal - will automatically be recorded within the CRM dashboard. Previously, businesses would have needed to manually enter the payment information. Now with Sage Pay for CRM, multiple operators will be able to log into individual user accounts to access the same system.
Not only will this significantly increase the efficiency and impact and of CRM solutions for businesses, it will also deliver a seamless user experience for end customers and will help improve a business' long-term customer relationships.
