The TeaMaster® Program of the Frankfurt tea company Ronnefeldt took place at the Walldorf Astoria in Shanghai. Service employees from the hotels Grand Kempinski Hotel, Hilton, Langham, Park Hyatt and Waldorf Astoria have mastered the class which was hosted for the third time in China. The training to become a TeaMaster® Silver includes the theoretical exploration of the most important tea cultivation areas, their harvesting and processing methods. The practical component of the class comprises different tasting techniques and several methods of preparation and presentation. The training for TeaMaster® Gold is a real on-the-job training and takes place in the tea gardens of Sri Lanka.
