Held October 19–21 at INSPIRE Entertainment Resort in Incheon, South Korea, the triennial congress brought together direct selling industry leaders from around the world. Held from October 22–24 on Jeju Island, the program welcomed 24 industry representatives from nine countries, including France, Germany, China, and Singapore.
