Billionaire businessman and 'man of the people' Richard Branson announced the news that he is to introduce unlimited holidays for his staff this week - an alternative approach to business which a North East eCommerce agency knows all too well.

Stockton-on-Tees-based Visualsoft implemented the pioneering unlimited holidays and unmonitored flexible working policy to all 161 staff members recently.
