Ling, formerly the Company's Chief Operating Officer, joined RGIS in January, 2012. Prior to joining RGIS, Ling was EVP of Global Operations and Supply Chain at Crate and Barrel. Ling received an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and a BS in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and has 25 years of experience in retail and supply chain management. To assure a smooth transition, Barkus will stay on as an advisor to Ling focusing on the international segment and the Company's technological innovations until year-end.
