On July 3, 2014, CRH Plc (CRH) notified transactions related to re-issue of treasury shares. CRH announced that on July 2, 2014, the Company transferred 54,458 ordinary shares at prices between £11.19 and £11.55 per ordinary share to the participants in its employee share schemes. Johnson Matthey Plc (Johnson Matthey), a leader in sustainable technologies, will hold its 123rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 23, 2014, according to the Financial Calendar available at the Company's official website. As per the Calendar, the Company will also release its Q1 FY 2015 Interim Management Statement on the same day. JohnSon Matthey had published its FY 2014 financial results on June 5, 2014, showing growth in the underlying Profit before Tax (PBT) exceeded the market's expectations. The Company's underlying PBT during the year increased to £427.3 million from £382.9 million in FY 2013, beating the Reuters' average analyst estimate of £417 million. In FY 2015, the Company expects continued growth across the group will be offset by the adverse impact of the loss of commission revenue from Anglo Platinum and by the effect of foreign currency translation. Fresnillo Plc Analyst Notes
On July 2, 2014, Wall Street Journal reported that Fresnillo Plc (Fresnillo) and Orex started the Phase-III 10,800 metres diamond drilling program at the Coneto silver-gold project in Durango. As per the report, a joint technical committee, with both Fresnillo and Orex representation, will guide the Coneto project, with Fresnillo as the operator. Fresnillo and Orex, both hold extensive contiguous mineral concessions in the Coneto Mining District, totaling nearly 17,600 hectares and cover multiple mineralized epithermal quartz veins.
