LONDON, UK — Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC (WWH) today announces that Sven Borho will be retiring as a non-executive director of the Company on 30 October 2026.

Sven has been involved in the growth and strategy of the Company since its inception in 1995 and has served as a non-executive director for the past 8 years, following his appointment in June 2018.

This follows the announcement on 3 August 2026 that Sven was stepping down as lead manager for the Company. As explained in that announcement, Trevor Polischuk, who had served as co-manager since 2015, stepped into the role of lead manager and Geoff Hsu, a Managing Partner and co-Head of Public Equity at OrbiMed, was appointed as the new co-manager.
