 TwentyFour Select Monthly Income Fund Limited announces Full Year dividend

TwentyFour Select Monthly Income Fund Limited (“SMIF” or “the Company”), the listed, closed-ended investment company that invests in a diversified portfolio of credit securities, has today announced a final dividend for the year ended 30 September 2026 of 0.917788 pence per Ordinary Share, taking the total for the year to 6.667788 pence per Ordinary Share, payable as follows:

Dividend per Share          0.917788 pence per Ordinary Share (Sterling)

Commenting on the Company’s dividend performance, Ashley Paxton, Chair of SMIF, said: “The full year dividend of 6.667788 pence per Ordinary Share represents another target-beating performance for SMIF, a record it has maintained since inception and achieved through the active management of the portfolio by the Portfolio Manager, TwentyFour Asset Management.

“SMIF’s aim is to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns, through the payment of a monthly dividend, to shareholders who value the consistent income stream. By investing in SMIF, shareholders gain exposure to less liquid fixed income securities, where there is greater potential for income, via a liquid equity holding.

“The Company continues to issue shares, enhancing liquidity further, and the shares remain at a premium, underlining shareholder demand.”
