Headline: Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Invesco Bond Income Plus Limited (`the Company') is pleased to announce that, with effect from the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 17 June 2026, Mark Bridgeman will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Company. The appointment is subject to receiving regulatory approval from the Jersey Financial Services Commission. Mark will also be appointed to the Company's Audit & Risk, Management Engagement and Remuneration & Nomination Committees.

Mark is currently Chair of Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc and was previously appointed to the board of JP Morgan Brazil Investment Trust plc, BlackRock Emerging Europe plc and The Law Debenture Corporation plc. Mark brings a wealth of industry experience gained through his extensive executive career at Schroders as both a fund manager and latterly as Head of Research and through his non-executive roles.  

Commenting on the appointment Tim Scholefield, Chair said: "I am delighted that Mark Bridgeman will be taking over as Chair. Mark brings a wealth of investment and investment trust experience to the role of Chair and I have no doubt the Company will continue to flourish under his leadership."
