Share Options
Acuity (AIM: ACRM), the software group focused on cybersecurity risk management, announces the following in respect of share options.
On 6 August 2026, Acuity granted share options over a total of 16,208,700 ordinary shares in the Company to its two executive directors under its approved Enterprise Management Incentive share option scheme ("the EMI Scheme").

The options are exercisable at any time over the next five years conditional on the market price of the Company's shares reaching the performance condition over a period of five consecutive trading days.
David Rajakovich previously held 2,251,922 share options, all of which he surrendered immediately prior to this grant.
The total number of options now outstanding under the EMI Scheme is 19,211,264 representing approximately 6.2% of the Company's current issued share capital. In addition there are also 900,000 unapproved share options outstanding. Accordingly, the total number of options outstanding is 20,111,264 representing 6.5% of the Company's current issued share capital.
