Already for the ninth time in a row AppManagEvent (formerly Packaging Event) will take place in the Dutch City of Utrecht in the futuristic SuperNova, Jaarbeurs event center. The main target group of this event are all individuals tasked with the setup and management of IT infrastructure in their organization, particularly with software management, updates and upgrades within their productive network.

As a major platinum sponsor Raynet will present its comprehensive solution RaySuite. This is a product family which modules allow to automate and link work processes via Raynet's workflow tool comprising of license management, software packaging and software deployment. RaySuite enjoys a unified graphical user interface and a joint database.

This year Raynet's emphasis is on two topics. On the one hand, Raynet just launched its version 1.2. of its packaging tool RayPack. The community is curious about new features and the expansion of this solution, since a large part originated from them. Raynet follows a "customer-driven-approach" and more than half of the improvements come from Raynet customers' ideas. Raynet's product managers will discuss and present RayPack's new features in detail during a technical session at the event.

On the other hand, Raynet has re-configured its enterprise oriented solutions for small and medium businesses (SMB). Available solutions are sold to small and medium enterprises under the name RaySuite Appliance. Pre-configured components and a solution configuration resized for SMB customers allow the instant use of RMS infinity (Deployment) as well as the complete solution RaySuite at a low cost and for easy use.

This way SMB companies can also enjoy many features and comfortable functions in their IT infrastructure originally designed for large enterprises. They help in making the administration of the infrastructure easier, more reliable and more relaxed. This topic will be presented and discussed by Raynet's Technical Director Dr. David Bowser with the extended session of the event.
