Vergani joins Qubit from Digital River having previously held various leadership roles at IBM for more than a decade

Qubit, a leader in marketing personalization technology, today announced the company has appointed Marco Vergani as COO. He will be responsible for honing Qubit's commercial strategy as the business scales. In this role, Vergani will provide global leadership for the company's sales, marketing, account management and delivery teams, building predictable revenue into the commercial function. He is based in Qubit's London office and will report to directly to the CEO, Graham Cooke.

Prior to joining Qubit, Vergani was the senior vice president of global sales and account management at Digital River, a global SaaS ecommerce leader, where he was key to helping grow the business internationally, as well as bring material improvements in effective management and support of existing clients. Previous to Digital River, Vergani held various executive roles at IBM, rising to Vice President of EMEA sales for IBM business process outsourcing division before his departure in 2014.
