Industry-leading Human Capital executive joins Qedis
Qedis has announced that Human Capital expert Tim Ringo has joined the firm. The unveiling of Ringo represents a major coup for the fast-growing management consultancy. Throughout the industry, Ringo is regarded as one of the key thinkers behind Human Capital Consulting, and is regularly sought out by major media publications to share his views. He will be joining the firm as a Director, where his key focus will be on developing the Human Capital practice and helping deliver major change programmes for clients.
Ringo has over 20 years' experience in helping organisations manage workforce performance through developing effective talent-management strategies, processes and technologies.
Paramjit Uppal, Qedis CEO, highlights how valuable Ringo will be to the firm: "Tim brings a wealth of experience in employee engagement, leadership development and performance management that will enable Qedis to grow our Human Capital Practice. He has successfully implemented large-scale talent-management programmes that produce measurable results, across almost every industry, including Financial Services, Communications and Technology, and in most geographies."
Before joining Qedis, Ringo was Vice President and Global Leader of IBM's Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting practice, where he led a team of more than 1,500 HCM consulting professionals around the world. He joined IBM Global Business Services in 2006, after spending 16 years at Accenture where he was an Executive Partner in the firm's Human Performance Service Line.
He is co-author of the Harvard Business Review book on workforce analytics, titled Calculating Success (February 2012), and is a keynote speaker and panelist for Human Capital, HR and IT conferences around the world.
