Email & SMS marketing specialists Pure360 has announced the addition of digital professionals David Kelly and Chris Underhill to the Board, following the recent buyout backed by Scottish Equity Partners and Investec.
David Kelly joins as Chairman with a track record across online, B2B, B2C and fast growth businesses. His executive career encompasses leadership roles at Rackspace, MyDeco, eBay, Lastminute.com and Amazon.
Chris Underhill joins the Board as a Non Executive Director, bringing with him significant digital marketing technology experience having founded and led smartFOCUS, sold to Emailvision in 2011, and as CEO at voucher marketing platform iVoucher. Underhill is also Non Executive Director at a number of related digital marketing software businesses in the areas of real-time behavioural retargeting, automation and social media.
The appointment of such high calibre Board members supports the ambition of Pure360, with investment in product development at the heart of their accelerated growth plans.
