Pure Search, a leading international search and selection firm, today announced it has acquired Correlate Search UK, a specialist financial markets head-hunter.
The acquisition marks the launch of a new division for Pure in the UK and is a continuation of Pure's overall strategy to expand in relevant fields both in Europe and internationally.
"The Correlate team are recognised as the City's most capable head-hunters in their space and this acquisition underlines our determination as a group to grow" said Chris Nelson, co-founder of Pure.

The new division, which will continue to trade as Correlate Search, will be managed by Gavin Bonnet (Head of BMC/ governance recruitment), and Simon Head (Head of global markets/ front office recruitment). They are joined by Matthew Hutchin, James Gardner, Stafford Bent and Kumar Gidvani to focus on compliance, equities and CFO/COO functions respectively.
