Presence in Europe Further Expanded: Movianto Now Also Represented in Switzerland

With its entrance into the Swiss market, Movianto is continuing its course of expansion. The new warehouse of the logistics service provider, which specialises in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, is located in Neuenegg close to Bern. With this and the locations in Germany and Austria Movianto covers the entire German-speaking region.

The site in Neuenegg in the canton of Bern includes high rack storage with 4,000 pallet spaces, a cold storage warehouse for a further 100 pallets as well as a controlled drugs warehouse and an order-picking area. In the fully equipped and licensed pharmaceutical warehouse, which ensures compliance with Movianto's high quality standards, a separate area available for packaging and repackaging is included.

The countries Germany, Austria and Switzerland will be managed as one region. In total, Movianto makes more than 50,000 pallet places available to its customers in this region. These are distributed across four locations, two of them in Germany in Neunkirchen and Kist, one location in Vienna, Austria and the new location in Neuenegg in Switzerland.
