Prepaid Financial Services Launch Pocket to Pocket by PFS Mobile App

Prepaid Financial Services (PFS), a leading global provider of prepaid solutions and MasterCard® prepaid partner, has announced the launch of its exciting new Pocket to Pocket mobile application for the Apple iOS platform. The new App is designed to provide consumers with all the benefits of prepaid cards, wrapped into a mobile digital wallet, all of which can be controlled using a smartphone. An Android version of the App is set to be released later this year and the next update will also include the ability to create virtual cards and make peer to peer (P2P) payments.

The Pocket to Pocket App is available Free of charge to all PFS cardholders and is designed to take advantage of the instant, secure and hassle-free nature of mobile devices. The App comes with a built in Payzone and ATM finder, which allows users to find the nearest UK location to top up or withdraw funds from their prepaid wallet, respectively.

Cardholders can use Pocket to Pocket to perform a number of different functions to manage their physical card and create virtual cards, as follows:

• Check their balance.
• Review their transaction history.
• Load their prepaid card with a pre-registered debit/credit card.
• Load their card with a voucher.
• Send funds to other PFS cardholders.
• Locate the nearest UK Payzone outlet for top up.
• ATM finder to find the nearest UK ATM for withdrawals.
