Starting May 21st, Playtech's bingo licensees gave away prizes ranging from £25 to £25,000 through 10 selected slot games with progressive jackpots. By the end of the promotion, almost 40,000 individual prizes were distributed.
In addition to the £2.5m progressive jackpot promotion, there was a single progressive jackpot win of £1,364,745.23 six weeks into the promotion on Playtech bingo's hugely popular Clover Rollover slot. This is the network's third biggest payout to date in a single prize.
Playtech's bingo network is the world's largest online bingo network with over 25 licensees operating major bingo brands such as Mecca Bingo, William Hill Bingo, Ladbrokes Bingo, Sky Bingo, Paddy Power Bingo, Maria Bingo, bet365 Bingo and many more.
Andrew Steddy, Head of Bingo Networks, said "We were delighted to deliver another unique market leading promotion for our licensees. Yet again, Playtech's ability to share liquidity across our entire network allowed us to offer self-funding promotions and prizes that are unparalleled in the bingo market. That a player on the network has won a single jackpot of over £1.3m in addition to the £2.5m slots promotion clearly demonstrates once more that Playtech is at the forefront of delivering value through networked gaming solutions".
