PA Group, the parent company of the Press Association (PA) and MeteoGroup, has appointed Stephen Godsell as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary.

Stephen joins the organisation with over ten years' legal experience in the media, technology and publishing sectors, having spent the last six years at The Economist Group, most recently as its Senior Legal Counsel, which he joined from Clifford Chance.
Stephen will head PA Group's legal team based in the company's headquarters in Victoria and will have overall responsibility for all legal and company secretarial matters.
