Options Group Launches New Office in Frankfurt

Options Group, a leading global executive search and strategic consulting firm, announces the opening of its Frankfurt office to meet the growing demand for services in the EMEA region. Executive Director, Ina Bauermeister, will lead the effort and focus on the region's technology practice.

Ms. Bauermeister joins Options Group with nearly a decade of experience in financial services executive search. Her expertise is capital markets technology throughout Europe. Prior to her career in executive search, she held various roles in sales and human resources in Europe and Asia. Ms. Bauermeister graduated with a Masters Degree in Business Economics from Freie Universitaet in Berlin. Diana Herpel joins Options Group Frankfurt as Vice President. Her focus is banking IT, including trading systems, risk systems and market data.
