Options Group Announces the Hire of Richard Stein, Partner, New York

NEW YORK, Oct. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Options Group, a leading global executive search firm, announces the hire of Richard Stein as Partner.  He brings to Options Group his extensive global expertise in executive search, strategy, competitive intelligence and marketing. 

Richard joins from Caldwell Partners, where he was a Partner based in New York.  Throughout his career, Richard has originated and executed search and competitive intelligence assignments for investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers and alternative investment firms.  In addition to building a substantial portfolio of retained clients, Richard was one of the first in the industry to utilize data-driven, competitive analysis in conjunction with executive search. 

With more than 25 years of consulting and recruiting experience, Richard Stein is one of the industry's top consultants, with experience across the Americas, Europe and the Middle East.  Richard began his career at Options, Inc. before founding his own firm, Futures International.  He then served as Senior Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International.  Richard holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Buckingham and is fluent in French and Italian.
