Options Group Announces the Hire of John Carreras to Lead the PWM Practice in the Americas and the Launch of its Miami Office

Options Group, a leading global executive search and strategic consulting firm, announces the hire of John Carreras as Executive Director, Head of Options Group's newest office in Miami. He will lead the private wealth management (PWM) practice in the Americas and will spearhead the launch of this office. The additional location and senior hire are a part of Options Group's expansion plans to serve the growing demand for financial recruitment and advisory services worldwide.

Mr. Carreras joins Options Group following a distinguished career as a private wealth management executive recruiter. He was most recently President and Founder of Private Client Advisors LLC (PCA), an executive recruitment firm that specialized in wealth advisor placements. Mr. Carreras developed a successful business model at PCA that decreased the cost per hire with improved time-efficiency for clients. His client list includes some of the largest global brokerage firms, and his candidate roster is comprised of the most coveted banking teams in the Americas and Switzerland.
