With 10 finalists undergoing interviews from some of the UK's most revered money-savers, to be crowned the UK's smartest shopper is some achievement. Marc Lockley, the author of 'How to Pay Less For More' and award-winning money saving blogger Miss Thrifty joined last year's inaugural winner -Ricky Willis aka Skint Dad - on the independent panel. There could be only one winner and Jennie prevailed due to the judges' amazement at her incredible knowledge of the money-saving industry in such a short period of time.
