WASHINGTON, Oct. 3, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Normet Corporation and Oulu University has signed a partnership agreement to develop their co-operation. With the signed contract, the parties will initiate development, research and training co-operation to strengthen the development and testing conditions of vehicle technology.
