No Indications of Impact on BICS' Telecommunications Network

Our main shareholder Belgacom announced this morning, that it has been the victim of a digital intrusion in the company's internal IT network. A number of the BICS internal IT systems are integrated in the Belgacom environment and have as such equally been affected by the incident.

For BICS, the protection of the customers and their data is a key priority. At this stage there is no indication that BICS' telecommunications network, which carries the actual customer traffic, has been impacted by this intrusion on the Belgacom Group corporate IT network. At no point in time, the delivery of our telecommunication services has been compromised.

BICS has also filed a complaint against an unknown third party and is granting its full support to the investigation that is being performed by the Prosecutor.
