Finn, Jr., C.P.A. ("Finn") of the firm Finn, Warnke & Gayton, LLP will be liquidated for the benefit of NMT Medical creditors.
NMT Medical, Inc. was an advanced medical technology company that designed, developed, manufactured and marketed proprietary implant technologies that allowed interventional cardiologists to treat structural heart disease through minimally invasive, catheter-based procedures.
