NEWCASTLE, England, June 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --
Charles Clinkard is set to add a new Gabor concession to Dublin's largest department store, Arnotts.
The Gabor collection will be available in Arnotts from 5th June, offering the quality and style associated with the Gabor name. Arnotts was established in 1843 on Henry Street, and it is at this flagship store where the new Gabor concession will be found.
The first Charles Clinkard shoe shop dates back to 1924, with a small store in Middlesbrough, County Durham. The independent chain has since grown to 34 stores across the UK, but it is still family owned and managed - Charles Clinkard, grandson of the founder, is the MD.
Operations Director, Toby Hewison said: "This is our first foray into Ireland and we're absolutely thrilled to be working with a brand with the heritage and past of Arnotts. This is also the first time we're trying a concession format so it's doubly exciting for us as a brand."
Charles Clinkard are the official stockists of Gabor shoes, providing an extensive range to shops all over the country. The new concession will see a wide range of Gabor shoes on sale in the Arnotts department store.
