New Brightside Boss Recruits Top Talent

Rapid strategic appointments signal aggressive growth plans from Broker
Just one month into his new role as Chief Executive of Brightside Group plc Paul Williams has already recruited three of the industry's top talent - Stuart Grieb, Paul Rountree and Graham Johnston.
The appointments signal an indication of Paul's strategic intention and focus for the business which will clearly require a depth of operational, underwriting and compliance skill sets.
In a coup for Brightside, Stuart Grieb Regional Managing Director from Towergate joins Brightside's Retail Division as Chief Operating Officer on the 14th April. Paul Rountree who spent 16 years at Endsleigh, joined on the 24th March as Capacity and Pricing Manager bringing pricing, capacity management and underwriting skills to the Group. Graham Johnston, Brightside's new Head of Compliance brings extensive expertise from a number of senior and director level positions at Towergate, Paymentshield, Lloyds TSB Bank plc, Charles Schwab Europe and Eagle Star.
