Promotional products retailer 4imprint has created a new infographic detailing why businesses could benefit from encouraging people to share content and make personal recommendations.
The infographic states that 'word of mouth' influences up to half of all purchasing decisions, with nearly three-quarters of consumers trusting brand or product recommendations made by family and friends.
