Neustar Selects Aepona for the Neustar Intelligent Cloud Service

As part of the Neustar Intelligent Cloud Service, Aepona's Universal Service Platform allows organizations (such as enterprises, brands & agencies, web/mobile application developers and SaaS providers) to rapidly create new mobile services.
