Have you ever wondered how your life would change if you could go to sleep and control your dreams? This is what lucid dreaming can offer - being aware while being asleep and therefore able to consciously influence the content of your dreams. It seems like a computer game, but then so is science sometimes! The scientific evidence on lucid dreaming came out of Hull University in the UK in 1975, when Dr Keith Hearne recorded the predetermined eye movements of his lucid dreaming patient during the REM phase of sleep.
