NetDespatch, one of the pioneers of SaaS and Business Cloud, is celebrating 15 years of service to postal and parcel carriers across the globe.
Founded in 1999, the UK based company was formed to leverage the huge potential of the internet for parcel shipping and tracking, and was among the first to develop 'Software as a Service' (SaaS) solutions. The web technology developed by NetDespatch has had a big impact on the parcel delivery sector, driving up customer service expectations from both consumers and retailers.
